Building a CSR trajectory

Implementing a CSR policy is a pivotal moment for any organisation — it’s a time to step back and reflect on its impacts on the environment, as well as how the environment impacts it. A CSR strategy anchors your structure in a long-term vision and prepares it for change.

Beyond regulations (CSRD, PACTE law, due diligence…), implementing a realistic and robust CSR policy can be a real asset for your organisation: brand image; talent attraction and retention; process optimisation; access to certain funding; etc.

As early as 2016, France Stratégie noted that “CSR delivers an average performance gain of around 13% compared to companies that do not adopt it (all else being equal).”

A CSR approach is a continuous, iterative process

Several steps are essential to its success. Depending on your organisation and its maturity on sustainability questions, support may include :

Building a desirable and sustainable future

This is one of LSDE’s core purposes.

Building a responsible approach is not always easy. Many fear this moment or worry it will cost more than it delivers. That’s why a company like LSDE exists: to support you through this process and the changes it entails.

I can’t promise it will always be comfortable. But I can promise you’ll be proud of the progress made, that I’ll guide you toward greater coherence and meaning, and that your organisation will emerge stronger from this support.
